Aperture On Fifth Apartments

It's absolutely terrible. Do your best to live somewhere else. It's next to the needle, which is fun, but other than that, no perks to living here. Lived here for over a year to give it a chance and only stayed cause I had to. When I initially moved in the window was broken. No offer of compensation just told I had to deal with it till fixed. Constantly turning off the water and the staff just do not care after they get you in. Only giving it a two because of the view and location. But not worth $2500 a month for 500 sq ft of the worst service.

The rooftop view here is hard to beat. Units are updated and has everything you would need. I went to look at so many different apartments in the area and Sherlise is the best leasing agent by far! There is no question. She really was helpful and genuine. Any time I had a question, she knew her stuff. And she gave additional information I needed to know, but wouldn’t think to ask. Amazing experience because of her and very thankful for that.

Shot out to Sherlise. She was very helpful and informative. Very patient and resourceful. She followed up with me which I didn't expect which made the experience easy. Thank you Sherlise for your kindness and helping my process a lot easier for me. looking forward to visiting your community. Somebody give Sherlisea raise or promo or something bc she got skills!

Ive loved living here! Its close to tons of walkable restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, bars, and anything else you may need. The monorail is a 5 minute walk away so you can connect to the light rail easily too. Issues brought up are handled quickly in my experience. I especially loved getting to meet Sherlise, the leasing agent! Shes super approachable, quick to help, and fun to talk to. It seems like she knows everyone here by name which makes you feel seen. Not to mention her love of dogs! I always see her saying hi to them by name too :)

Had an appointment scheduled to view an apartment. I arrived on time only to find the leasing office unoccupied. I waited in the lobby and the leasing staff came 10 mins after only to tell me that they did not see my appointment on their calendar and they are “helping” with a move-in and would need 10 more minutes and asked if I was okay. I said I was ok since I was already their and did not want to waste any more time coming back. I had the appointment from 12:30 till 1:00 pm. I left the property at 1:00pm never seeing the leasing staff again. Double confirm your appointment if you value your time before visiting this property.
