Apartments on Edgehill

I absolutely LOVED living at Edgehill for the 2 years I lived there! In fact, I loved it so much that my partner and I just recently signed a lease to move back there this year! Truly feels like I'm coming home. Tina and Rod are absolutely wonderful and you could tell they cared very much about the community and that they are not owned by some scummy rental company. Just move here! trust me.

I took a tour of this complex this past fall and I was impressed. While it may not have a gym, pool or community center, what it does have is nice units to live in and they were almost all sold out. I toured with Tina and she was honestly the best. She was tentative, answered questions and my concerns and just overall very friendly. I ended up living elsewhere due to location but this would have been my ideal option.

I was a resident here for 2.5 years and I couldn't have asked for a better place to live. The other reviews are correct in their praise for Tina and Rod: two incredibly helpful people who are committed to delivering the best living experience for tenants. This is a rare apartment complex that isn't owned by a large company, and you can tell. The unit was in like-new condition when I moved in, and the grounds were kept incredibly clean during my time here. Pricing is highly competitive for the area and there weren't any excessive fees or charges. I would absolutely recommend Apartments on Edgehill to anyone looking for a new home in Columbus. Also a quick story: My kitchen sink got clogged on a Saturday, leaving an unpleasant mix of backlogged food and water. I put in a maintenance request

I cannot say enough positive things about the Apartments on Edgehill. By far, one of the best places to live in Grandview. Tina and Rod are amazing and go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Upon move in, the apartment was spotless. Tina even allowed my roommate and I to pick up our keys early to begin the moving process. When requesting Maintenance, Rod is there within hours to help! They are such wonderful people. Other complexes around the area should take note from them. I truly do not think I will ever find property management as great as Tina and Rod.

Overall very good experience living here, price is reasonable and the apartments itself is very well kept. For how convenient the location is, definitely a good value. Tina from the leasing office is very easy to work with and Rod from maintenance fix things very quickly and efficiently. Small downside is that there's only one trash place, and it's kinda far, so in the winter it can be a bit challenging to take out the trash.
