Apartments at the Yard

The leasing process was pretty simple. While there were some minor issues with my deposit being applied correctly the office was quick to fix the issue when I called. John Campbell took his time showing different options around the community and, although it’s really early in my lease, I’m enjoying the building, apartment and community.

I have had such a positive experience at Apartments at the Yard! Sarah in the office was extremely helpful throughout the entire leasing process and helped me the find the exact floor plan I wanted as soon as it became available! She is extremely welcoming and kind and makes you feel immediately at home. I would recommend living here to anyone and everyone!

Just signed lease today for The Yard. Place looks awesome! Grounds clean and well kept, friendly people, and amazing pool and workout facility. Like the fact, there’s no additional fee to use the pool or workout facility. Alex from the leasing office did a fantastic job showing us everything The Yard had to offer. He was very accommodating for my busy schedule and was happy to spend extra time with us to be sure we found the perfect fit for us. Thanks Alex for all your help! Looking forward to the move in….

I have lived at the Yard in Grandview since 2022 and I have not one bad thing to say. I LOVE living here, I truly can't say that enough. The apartments and amenities are beautiful - the pool each summer is incredible. Its always so clean, and so much fun. I LOVE the gym here - its always so clean as well and they have great equipment. The rent is reasonable and the floor plans are great. I lived in one of the corner units in the Brooks building and it was so spacious and had beautiful daylight! Lastly - the leasing office and maintenance team are incredible. They are always quick, and ready to help. I haven't had a leasing time I've loved so much at any complex I've ever lived in. I lived at The Yard for two years and have zero complaints. Great amenities, lots around the area, and a short drive to almost everything in the city. I had no big issues with maintenance, but if I ever needed anything they would always come out the day of or the next day. The staff is also great and responsive. I was sad to move out.
