Apartments at the Mill

I just moved in about a month ago and I’m really happy with everything so far. This is my first apartment so I didn’t really know what to expect , but the whole process was straightforward and stress free. Caren did an excellent job guiding me through everything and made sure I understood each step along the way. She turned what could have been a stressful, overwhelming situation into something smooth, organized, and completely manageable. I appreciate her help throughout the experience, and I’m thankful she made my first move a positive one!!

Caren at Apartments at the Mill is truly one of a kind! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such warmth and professionalism that immediately put us at ease. She went above and beyond to make our tour an amazing experience — not just showing us the apartments, but really listening to what we were looking for, understanding our needs, and tailoring the tour to make sure we saw every option that could fit our lifestyle. What stood out most was how genuine and caring she was. She didn’t rush us or make us feel like just another appointment in her schedule — she treated us like people she truly wanted to help find a home. I just rented an apartment here and Caren and Vanessa were AMAZING!! I moved across the country and was looking for a place to rent ASAP and Caren processed my application so fast that we could move in the day we toured!! The listing photos match the apartment and it is beautiful. I’m excited to call this place my home:)

Just moved out of a 1 year lease and I feel obligated to share an HONEST review. There is a lot I could share about our overall time here that I won’t. Since the new manager Caren’s arrival in the summer, a few things have drastically improved with communication, cleanliness of building and responding to tenants. Additionally, the maintenance guy Jose, is the ONLY thing that made living here somewhat enjoyable! Now, for the REAL review: This property is beautiful. The building and apartments inside are spacious with high ceilings and were done in a modern rustic vibe that really makes for a place you THINK you can call home after a day of work or school. That is until you move in and are met with the reality. I’m not talking about your normal apartment complaints of hearing your upstairs n

I lived in a loft apartment that was absolutely beautiful. Tall ceilings, exposed brick walls, a second floor, brand new carpeting, and new cabinets with quartz countertops. My only issue is that the appliances may need to be replaced depending on the unit for which you rent. Apartments at the Mill allows large dogs, which was very helpful. My dog was able to make great friends with other renters. There are several outdoor spaces for dogs.In my time there, there were a few changes in management, but Caren & Mandy are the best. She fixed entryway issues, parking issues, and really got the place cleaned up! Jose is the Maintenance person who was always available when needed even on weekends. If you’re reading this, I highly recommend living here. Welcome home!
