The current Management team is great and the maintenance team is doing a fantastic job responding to our needs. Senior management appears to be investing money and time completing upgrades and necessary changes. Recently, the new Clubhouse has been alive with events and more use by residents. Alan and Joe are trying to find creative ways to involve residents socially.

My wife and I moved here exactly 1 year ago and we absolutely love it. All of the amenities are all recently renovated and are brand new. We love the pool and workout facilities the most. We also love that our vehicles are in a covered garage space. There are so many restaurants and stores within walking distance which is a great convenience. It is also pet friendly which is really important because we have two dogs. The current management team is extremely responsive and super easy to deal with. The maintenance team is also very responsive. We couldn't ask for anything more!!

DO NOT LEASE HERE. This place is a nightmare. Roaches (giant water bugs) are everywhere, and every resident I’ve spoken to has had the same issue. The leasing office does nothing about it. False advertising: The amenities shown on their website are AI-generated and do not look the same in person. Many have been listed as “coming soon” since 2022. Meanwhile, constant “construction” has made it noisy during the day for over two years—and they’ve hired the slowest contractors imaginable. It’s now 2025, and they’re still not done. Move-out charges are a scam. They hit me with insane fees for things I didn’t even do: • $50 for nail holes (which is normal wear and tear) • $217 for a “crack” in my microwave door—which I never noticed in my two years of living there • $23 for a new window scree

Sigh... I lived here for a year and half and after the first 8 months, the entire living experience flipped on its head. (Sparknotes: roaches, bad staff, and outdated amenities) I dont know where to begin, one of the maintenance workers was incredibly forward and unprofessional to the point I felt unsafe knowing he had access to my unit as a young single woman who he expressed clear interest in (there are other comments here about him so its interesting I wasnt the only one). He did eventually move roles but there was really only one other maintenance worker who was able to help out promptly/effectively and you could tell he was stretched thin. I had several maintenance issues (leaks during storms, appliance issues, etc) that were marked as completed without ever receiving a visit or I wa

I’ve had a very disappointing experience living at Arboretum Apartments. The leasing office staff, especially Cindy and Tanglea, are extremely rude and unresponsive. They rarely answer the phone, making it nearly impossible to get anything done when you need help. The apartments themselves are infested with water bugs and spiders, and the walls are paper-thin—you can hear everything from your neighbors. It’s definitely not a family-friendly place, with people using the pool late at night, despite it being closed, and making lots of noise. To make matters worse, the complex often smells like marijuana. If you're looking for a peaceful, family-friendly environment, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. This place is not worth it
