The property manager here is amazing. He made the entire move-in process seamless. He is professional, friendly, and provides all needed information in a timely manner. He works with you, excels at communicating, and is very knowledgeable. His responsiveness to problem solving, resolutions, and maintenance repairs is promptly rendered. This property is always clean and well maintained. The staff go above and beyond and make you feel like part of the community, not just some random number.

Bryan conducted himself in a highly professional manner, demonstrating speed and efficiency in providing me with everything necessary to secure my apartment for myself and my daughter. The entire process was completed within a short time frame, and I am extremely satisfied with my new unit😊

Thee best management team and visionaries by far. The work and detail...not to mention countless long hours; this team dedicated to apartments at Montgomery Crossing from ground up is pretty impressive; their commitment to the cause per say and passion are qualities you can’t teach nor fake. I personally was fortunate to have experience with some of the divine “operations” and “construction” team behind the scenes that most residents will never know about, however they exist. Anytime I encountered one of the gentleman; they always were polite, courteous, clean and considerate. LASTLY, most importantly above all... all the people I’ve meet from Management are dog parents. Whether a dog owner or not, it’s the rule of thumb...”dog people” are always the best humans 🐾 thank you

Today I accompanied my niece to newly developed complex to only witness unprofessionalism and a bold faced lie. She was told after incompetent leasing individuals who clearly wasn't knowledgeable on her documents neither social security documents from another state that unfortunately a new complex just rented out the last three bedroom apartment last week. The manager and gentleman could have come up with a better story. Anyone scheduled for an appointment should have been notified prior to reporting all three bedroom apartments have been occupied therefore my niece would not have wasted her time. Haven't moved in yet, but hoping for the best! As a single mom working two jobs, with a BBA and still not making enough for decent apartments such as this one, I'm grateful for the opportunity to be placed in such a place! Thank you to the developers who think about the hard workers, that don't make much money but still need a decent place to raise their families!
