Apartments at Glenmoore

As a dog owner, I couldn’t have asked for a better apartment! The building and surrounding area are incredibly pet friendly. The apartment itself has a thoughtful layout with a fireplace and a gorgeous view. The community is also very welcoming to pets—there are lots of fellow dog owners here, so it feels like an instant neighborhood. I especially love that the management is understanding and accommodating of pets, making the whole experience stress-free. If you have a dog and want a comfortable, convenient, and truly pet-friendly place to live, this apartment is an excellent choice.

We have lived at Apartments at Glenmoore for almost a year now and it has been the best experience! In addition to the apartment itself being spacious and wonderful, the whole property is clean, safe, comfortable and very well maintained by everyone at Berger Properties. Communication is excellent, which is important because they are always making improvements, performing maintenance, etc. And the amenities like home automation and an exercise room really add to the pleasure of living here. I wanted to especially recognize Steve, Shay and Dakota who could not be more focused on us as tenants and our happiness. They are always there when we need them. They are the best!

This community is quiet and beautiful! It is well maintained and managed. You are cared for as tenants and respected. Jennifer is AMAZING and so are the others in the leasing office! Since moving here, I have encountered no issues whatsoever. The apartment is gorgeous and we have such an amazing view from our balcony. My and my family couldn't be more pleased with our decision to choose this property as our home!

I love waking up in this apartment that i have with everything I rented, I never lived anywhere that looked better than this and I received more extra space than I ever needed for that is what counts for me. And It’s got such a quiet neighborhood that I often forgot about who else is like next door or upstairs and I do mean I actually do feel like I’m living in a luxury condo that is.

Apartment was originally listed for $1575 but jumped to $1775 the week I went to tour it. When I arrived they couldn't show me the specific apartment that was available, and showed me an even more expensive apartment. The price gauge is happening all over the area right before the "summer" starts. Though every complex will try to spin it as "supply and demand". Why would anyone want to pay $1700+ for an apartment that you know was originally listed much lower. The apartment itself was fine, but not worth the price. There was caulking coming completely off the tub, and nicks/dents/chipped paint on all the kitchen cabinets. The agent didn't even show me the apartment. They just wrote down the apartment number and keypad code and sent me off to go look at it myself. One of the apartments the
