Worst experience ever working with this rental company. They first said the unit should be ready in 4 weeks, then later, I was told it would not be ready in 3 months. I later found out that the unit they brought up was not even on the market yet. After all these things happened, we finally signed the lease and paid the deposit. They called me 3 days before the move-in date they put on the contract, telling me they are a week behind and the unit will not be ready until next week. This is very unprofessional. I did not get anything in return not even a rental credit from them after all these inconvenience and loss they have caused.

Overall, my experience was horrible living here! I’ve had to deal with many issues here including going without AC for two weeks! The Landlord Leverne Browne was rude from the moment I moved in. Always had an attitude, always complaining about something, rushed me to move into an unfinished unit, and would get upset whenever I reported that something was wrong. She even threatened me with a gun in her drawer once. I can go on and on about her attitude and how she is a horrible representative of the company, but ultimately this whole issue is a reflection of the company. I am being charged for damages done before I even moved in. Laverne herself saw and witnessed the damages and told me she made notations of those just for her to turn around after I move out to say those damages were never

Utterly ridiculous. Leverne was horrible. They get nothing accomplished. It's the corporate that is horrific. They do NOT CARE. They take months to fix your issues. Nothing but problems. On average, the wait for anything to get fixed is 3 month. You apartment can be flooded, and they'll tell you just swim. A good company would offer a credit on monthly rent to avoid lawsuits. I think you can withhold rent though living under such conditions. Do not move in any of their rentals. If you do, start looking for a lawyer now to have on standby. Absolutely the worst place to sign a rental agreement with. I think coorporate sits in their office all day doing anything but work.

Absolutely terrible. My complex has switched managers so many times, each new one coming to the door saying they’re here for us, and yet none of them EVER answer the phone. NEVER return calls from voicemails. NEVER listen to our maintenance requests. My car has gotten broken into countless times, homeless people always squat in the parking lot or break into their little maintenance rooms and they DONT CARE. I haven’t even bothered them in MONTHS and the one time I have a problem they don’t answer the phone despite multiple calls through the day DURING THEIR LISTED BUSINESS HOURS. find God. Or a better job.

I would stay away. Purposely given wrong information after being guaranteed that there was no issue. Ended up having to pay over $700 for their mistake. More likely I won't be helped in this regard. Completely AWFUL.
