Maintenance of Lawrence Towers is virtually non-existent. Damage to apartment hasn’t been fixed since March 2018! No one seems to care despite multiple calls to super and supervisor in the office. If you’re lucky to talk to someone, they promise to resolve the issue but never do. They make appointments with you but do not show up! There is a leak in the lobby for the last several months and nothing has been done about it either. Water is literally dripping onto the lobby floor which can be very dangerous to tenants but nothing gets done! There is a leak in the garage for at least 8 years and it has not been fixed.

welcome to the nautilus where everything is dirty and porters do nothing all day. the lobby that doesn't get cleaned, just look at the walls and the floors. the elevator that also doesn't ever get cleaned up and never fixed. the pool where the lifeguards stare at their phones and dont notice little kids peeing right next to the pool and then jumping back in. the garage where the spots are over one hundred dollars for the tenants but porters are allowed to park for free. the laundry rooms, the machines are so dirty you don't want to put your laundry in them. the vermin that no one is told about... bedbugs and roaches infestation and the tenants aren't told. Hallways are vacuumed, maybe once every few weeks. Garbage rooms are never cleaned, it's up to the tenants to do that. But, it's close

Awful management. Very difficult to get in contact with the property manager. You will call the office and whoever you speak to will not identify themselves. You will not know who exactly is the manager or what their contact information is. The super will never pickup the phone after 5:00PM. The after hours service never returns your call once it takes the complaint. The apartments at Nautilus have cockroaches. You can not walk into the lobby in the morning without seeing 3 waterbugs. Mice in apartments. Can't wait to get out of the lease.

These people are my landlord. I live in Chelsea Apartments. When they took over after Trump, thing did not go as planned. we lacked heat for several winters, That said, we have a great team of workers in our building and there are always improvements. Things are fixed immediately and the staff is polite and knowledgeable. The heat is perfect now so I am giving them the highest score..

My mother lives here. She gets a nasty complaint from management that she moves furniture and for heavy foot steps past midnight to 4am everyday. woman in her 60s? She went to their office to talk about this and was told to file a complaint herself as this was how they get things done, not really solving anything. Then again months later she gets another letter reminding her of her 'noise', which is impossible by the way since she lives by herself and only home from 9:30 at night and leaves by 6:30 in the morning, which leaves the rest of her day for cooking her meals and resting for the next day. She has to decided to leave instead. Management of this property doesnt know what they are doing to people.
