They dont respond to maintenance requests. They are unorganized. Still waiting on my deposit which they have given me the run around on. I am in the process of taking them to court as well. They clearly have no intentions of giving me, my own money.

I gave an extra months rent and they're now telling me that I'm current. Idk.how because I moved in July to an apartment that was still in RUINS. They go through so many people in the office nobody knows what I'm talking about. I don't know about renewing because the high turnover

I don’t even live and but was trying to rent from them. They never answer the phone or return calls and the office is always closed. I can imagine what the tenants are going through.

Management and ownership is horrible. No accountability by anyone on staff. Keep ALL documents and get everything in writing. I am taking them to court for my security deposit.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMS DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM MY MOM DID AN APPLICATION WITH THEM THEY NEVER LET HER KNOW RATHER SHE WAS APPROVED OR DENIED AND WHEN SHE DID TALK TO THEM THEY HUNG UP IN HER FACE
