I’ve rented from Antietam a few times. I will say take pictures and report anything wrong in the beginning.if their is something wrong. Because otherwise they don’t know and it will not matter in a year. How are they suppose to know what was done by you or prior tenant. Stuff happens and sometimes they miss things or someone didn’t fix it correctly. Don’t complain in the end. Don’t sign off until you do that. If you read the paperwork it’s cut and dry. I’ve never had any issues with them. What they took out of my security deposit didn’t get me upset. Because I read the paperwork in the beginning. One more thing always put it in writing and make copies. Their are so many ways to cover yourself.

We've been renting from Antietam for 2 years now and we've had no issues at all. Chase is awesome so if you ever need help finding a place or have questions he's your guy

horrible rental company. we have had multiple electrical and plumbing issues at our apartment and have contacted them more than 5 times apiece for the issues and only after it became an issue for tenants below us did they bother to fix anything. they do not care for tenants, property, or anything but lining their pockets.

If you have not other choice but to rent with them, make sure you take pictures and video of the place before and after renting. They will try to charge you for things that were bad before they rented the place. Also, make sure to inspect the whole place, including pipes and electric, and take pictures of everything for evidence.
