I have been trying to get someone on the phone to help me for 3 years about a property manager MRS.Q and her unfair and unprofessional ways that she handled me when I was a tenant at their property in Georgia called CHASE RIDGE APARTMENTS... I’m starting to think that it’s some type of scam because the manager that I’m supposed to talk to in this corporate office never there and never returns calls... Me and my kids have been homeless since moving from their property because of the unprofessional manager and the 3100 dollars that she changed me I can’t get anyone to rent to since living there smh. It’s really not fair and I wouldn’t recommend anyone moving to any of their properties.
Doesn't care about their residents. Neglects essential repairs and is unresponsive. Unprofessional behaviour an investigation must be done. I am enraged!!!
Do not waste your time. They lie rip you off and steal your money!!!! These people are clueless and its a scam !! Protect yourself don't make the same mistake I did! !
Have been requesting maintenance to my place for many months, and still nothing.
