Everyone has their own experience and this was mine. I would not recommend this realtor based on my personal experience. He arrived about 20 minutes late to our scheduled appointment and stayed in his car for another 10 minutes before coming in. Upon entering, there was a strong marijuana odor noticeable in the room.He spent minimal time inspecting the property and provided little useful feedback. Instead, he criticized the décor even after we explained renovations weren't financially possible at the time. He then made a very low offer to purchase the home himself.We declined, listed with a different agent, and sold the property for more than $60,000 above his offer. I suggest potential clients proceed with caution if considering working with him.
