ANR Property Management Pocatello

It’s obvious ANR puts a lot of thought into how they run things! From communication to follow-through, they’re organized, proactive, and easy to work with. Not something you can say about every rental company. Love seeing a team that takes pride in what they do and their maintenance gal, I think her name is Mabel or Mitzi, but she is phenomenal!

ANR is great to work with and does what they can to get any issues resolved as soon as possible. They are friendly and respectful.

Should have done this years ago. I’ve owned property for over 40 years, need say I have dealt with a LOT of property management companies. ANR is truly a God send for me. The whole team Ryan, Jenn, Misty, Cliff, Alisa, Heather, and those names I haven’t mentioned please forgive me. They have consistently bent over backwards for me, extended Grace and Mercy, Insight, Wisdom, Over, and over and over again! I wish I had 100 more properties for them to manage. I can’t say enough good things about who they are, or be more appreciative about the Quality, Compassionate, Professional, and Caring they have been to me! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! You ALL Deserve 100 Stars!!!

I don't usually write reviews, but I thought I should for the sake of other renters knowing what they are getting into. My roommate and I loved the house we rented. It's so cute, has such character, and was a good price for the size; however, our renting experience with ANR was not that great. I want to give the staff credit that when we went into the office, they were nice and patient, but our experiences outside of that - no good for the following reasons: 1.) they first told us we didn't have to pay one of the utilities (I think they even had us skip the initialing of that section in the contract b/c it said we'd pay for them all and they said we didn't have to). A month in we get a text from them basically saying, "pay this now or we'll shut it off". Come to find out after calling them
