We own a small Air Conditioning business here in the Coachella Valley. Patty Nugent, the owner of ANP Mgmt & the Property management for Villas at the Vineyards called my husband to come check out 3 units at 3 separate residences. He came out, late in the day! He was there after dark helping these people living in these homes. This was over 4-5 months ago & we still have yet to receive a simple $237 from this woman. She ignores our calls and avoids us at all costs. I would not ever recommend doing any work at this property or for Patty Nugent or ANP Management. Bad business ethics!!
