They play games and drop the ball. I was given pre-approval and had to chase Bobby Kazarian down every step of the way repeatedly told I was good to go but every time I send properties for approval he would ghost the home would sell and id be s.o.l. it's been months now and no word no letter of denial nothing v just left in the lurch emails text messages and voicemail all ignored. Don't waste your time with this idiot and/or any company that would allow this behavior.
