Annex on the Square

Living at the Annex loving my apartment, heard someone outside my door this morning cleaning the halls. Got new management so far so good, can't wait to see what's to come next. She seems to be on top of it...Waiting patiently

The amenities are top notch, and everything is so clean and well cared for. The management team was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome right away. I also love the location — it’s convenient but still feels peaceful. The gated community is a huge plus and adds a great sense of security. Definitely one of the nicest places I’ve seen!

This is absolutely the worst place I've ever rented. The management is useless and deceptive to a nearly criminal degree. They will siphon as much money as they can from you without ever communicating. The building is always disgusting. If you are a low income individual please look elsewhere, this is not a safe or viable place to live.

My experience so far has been great! I love the diversity and friendliness of staff and tenets. The only thing is my deck is scary…I wish ours had pillars for support! As soon as I wrote a good review I went on my deck to see neighbor allowing her dog to poop 💩 and pee on her deck!!?!

I can not say this enough, I do not regret moving to this apartment complex, I love the management and how quick they are to respond to issues and repairs that need to be fixed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call HOME.
