Annas Development & Building

We built a house with Annas Development about five years ago. We were very happy with the work done and the suppliers he suggested we work with. The suppliers were excellent as was their work. Jeff spent lots of time with us designing and developing our plans and delivered a wonderful quality home to us in less time that he had originally proposed. If I ever build another house again, I will choose Jeff Annas again.

Jeff is a fantastic builder and person. He built my beautiful home while I lived out of state. I was so comfortable with everything he was doing. Each and every step I had many pics and discussions. He was extremely organized, timely and kept me on track. I’ve lived in my home for 18 months now and have had zero problems. I am extremely happy and grateful that Jeff was my builder. I would have him build me another home in a minute!!!! Thank you Jeff!!!

From our first meeting I was comfortable with having Jeff build my dream home. I was not local during the build and he kept me involved with photos, texts, emails and phone calls. After the build he is still available for any questions or issues (and issues are minimal). I would not hesitate to recommend Annas Development.

Annas Development & Building recently revamped our outdoor lanai area and backyard to include lengthening our walls. We could not be more pleased with the results, despite being a large and lengthy project with multiple sub contractors - Jeff Annas was a true pleasure to work with. Always providing expert advice and options - and always following through with what he agreed to. I would gladly use Jeff for any future work

For those of you trying to find an excellent builder...your search is over. Jeff Annas is the guy for you. After our house burned to the ground in 2009 he was one of 6 builders we interviewed and by far he was our choice and never regretted it. He's an honest, reliable, classy individual who ends up being your friend when he's done. I highly recommend him!
