The office staff is awesome. They are always attending to the needs of the tenants. I'm sorry about the previous stars. Didn't know how to change it but I figured it out. There are a lot of services that I love that we have now like valet trash service. It was a very great needed thing. Text Alerts and community events. Keep up the great work.

I lived there for around 18 months. When they rent you a “renovated” unit, understand that renovation was about 5 years ago. The project seems relatively safe but there are the occasional blue flashing lights at night, large groups hanging out in the parking lot playing very loud music, and incipient “burn outs” by cars late at night. My first summer there, the pool was down all summer due to what management claimed to be “can’t get parts”. Of course there was no credit to the rent I paid. To top it off, even though I was on a month to month lease at the end (because I knew 8 was moving but did not have the date nailed down), and even though I left the apartment spotless including the refrigerator and the stove and even though I gave them almost two months advance notice of my move out dat

Annandale Apartments suck. I wouldn’t recommend an animal to stay there. They are very much so unprofessional, Chleo tells everyone business. She shouldn’t be telling another tenant who’s late and how many days late. That should be confidential. Sue just in there doing nothing but looking as if she’s confused and lost. Trash has to be in white garbage bags, if not it will not get picked up. Maintenance never comes to fix any appliances. I can remember my stove was not working, they brought in a stove that looked like it had been sitting in the rain for months(color just faded) looking like mold all down the side. This place is the Worst place to stay in Olive Branch. If I could give a negative 0 I would.👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Just moved in and the office staff has been Great and very Helpful. Apartment is nice haven’t lived here long enough to do a review about it yet but will update in a few months

Lived here for 9 yrs. Sometimes repairs are made by a bit late sometimes. Minor things longer major things faster. Something's have to be ordered. As far as roaches. We see some when people move. Have your place sprayed. Get rid of any paper products or paper you don't need. It is like candy. We slacked up on the spraying for a few months started seeing a few. Spraying regularly now no bugs a few spiders here and there. The staff is kind and works with you.
