I never wrote a review in my life but today I got time this is how horrible this place is. Poorly built shingles’s or siding is coming off if the wind is too hard. Common courtesy would be not to stomp on a 2nd or 3rd floor unit some residents prefer to actually gallop. Park incorrect half the units rented to dogs the size of miniature horses walls thinner than a paper towel can literally hear someone breathing so many outages a sunny 85 degree day either the power or WiFi/cable going out you can’t have both at this place. They pick and choose when they want to enforce policies. They’ll welcome you to a lease then threaten you with violations just to have a sense of empowerment. In my experience, The property manager and the courtesy officer are two of the most rotten people I have ever met. Courtesy officer clearly has anger issues, and a fragile ego. The property manager is out to get you no matter what, and probably One of the most unpleasant people to talk to in the world from my point of view. In my time living there, I was recorded and threatened by the Courtesy officer, I went and put a formal complaint to the property manager. Months later, the situation continued and I ended up calling the property manager’s boss, who had heard nothing from my side of the story. Just one example of many unpleasant experiences.
I got a warning on the morning of the 14th. I was sick with influenza and I was an hour or so late getting my trashcan out from in front of my door from the concierge pick up the night before I reply via email asking her was there a timestamp on the picture because there’s lights in the hall and it always looks daytime. She emailed me back with a very smart Attitude email saying that she was giving me a warning then sent me a warning letter so today I go in my trash has not been picked up and then I walk around with my dog so he could go to the bathroom and I see the property managers has been picked up, but not mine and not a whole bunch of other people‘s, but hers has!! So let’s see if I get fined i’m scared to death. I feel like I’m being harassed and I cannot do anything about it bec
WOW! Is all I can say. We had to emergency move out of our rental home due to mold, and had a limited time frame. Hannah and ALL the ladies in the front office are incredible! Not only are these apartments truly luxury, but the staff couldn’t get any better. We felt so welcomed, and were so excited to move in. Hannah was never once annoyed by our constant communication to make sure everything was executed for the lease. I can’t say enough about how well we have been treated. This is our first weekend in our new apartment and we LOVE our space! Our bedrooms are MASSIVE compared to any other complex. We have a king bed and it looks small in the room. The bathrooms are gorgeous with tons of storage, and the BEAUTIFUL white countertops!! I’m still drooling! I love this place. It is so clean
This USED TO BE an amazing apartment complex! Since Inland bought the property several years ago, the office staff have just stopped caring. I'm the only person to ever have lived in my unit and I have been an excellent tenant for over six and a half years - quiet, keeping to myself, paying on time or early, and always being friendly with the office staff. However, when I got into a situation where I needed to move, they wouldn't entertain any alternative to their strict early-termination policy. I asked for a contact at the corporate office to try to discuss an exception, but they would not provide one.
