We love 💕 living here, since June 2014, moved to the beach in the Philippines 🇵🇭 from March 2019 to May 2025–and, we’re BACK, hopefully for good!?! 👍 😊 😌

The building is very nice and secure. A friend came to visit and said it's like a hotel. I have covered parking that I can see from all of my windows. Most of the people that I have met are pleasant and friendly. The building management is responsive to my maintenance requests and the monthly activities are fun.

This property is not sensitive to tenants' level of understanding. Diversity is not in their dictionary. In addition to drastic increase in their rent for the elderly, they make tenants sign things knowing fully well that the tenant does not understand what they are signing. They renewed my mom's lease, and my mom did not get the communication clearly, so she has been paying her rent $1 less. They kept accepting the checks 3 months in a row without making attempts to communicate with her until today. They called her today stating that they have charged $40 fee for each month she owed $1 and will not accept any additional rent until $137.40 total fee is paid. I've been here almost 2 years. It's a wonderful place to live. The property is very well maintained, the staff is exceptionally friendly & efficient and all of my neighbors are very nice. What I really appreciate is the fact that the other residents pick up after their dogs and that maintenance responds very quickly. Also it's extremely affordable. I highly recommend this as a place to live.

Exclusive senior community! Very caring staff lots of amenties, allot of older seniors over 62 yrs young. Its clean nice and affordable. I'm glad that I'm 55plus...only set back is the parking is $15.00 a month if you want covered parking which I thought was different, being that its older people, fixed income. Valerie is very sweet..the manager!
