The people in the office with all these “rules” that they don’t even follow, yet a lady was found deceased after being in her apartment for SIX DAYS and no one said a word. That is scary, senseless, careless and most importantly, dangerous. They need to be reported and shut down, for real. They don’t give a damn about these residents. You people worry about the wrong things but overlook people’s family members dying. Lord have mercy. There will be a complaint filed with BBB and th Housing Authority. These people are using their “positions” to treat elderly with unfair bias and the news station needs to be up here.

I don’t know who the hell management thinks they are at this complex, but they give maintenance and other workers too much power. There is NO REASON the pest control guy should be trying to enter my mom’s apartment. Whether he knocked or whatever if she didn’t answer it’s CLEARLY for a reason. Don’t be trying to use a key to enter her damn apartment like that. She is disabled, as are the rest of these residents and if something had happened to my mom, they’d definitely be getting sued and in the news. As many people that have died in this building and the way you don’t have a generator for the disabled residents who are on electronic machines is ridiculous. You need to get your stuff together. UPDATE: They have done it again this time the pest control guy actually walked in with a MASTER

My mom has been living here for about 8 yrs and she likes it. The property is currently under renovations which has been long overdue. Now they need to implement better security, protocols and procedures. Majority of the seniors living there are handicap and have no way of defending themselves against trespassers.

I'll come to this place yearly for the annual Christmas program and Christmas singing at this facility. Tenants and residents are extremely nice and helpful. Even the staff there just okay. It could be a little bit more friendly when speaking to all customers at this location.

Believe lots unexpected health issues caused by mold to ppl met and person visits. Rebuilding now after over 30 years of existing seems to not care until community gentrification
