Such a wonderful and efficient company! Ann and Joe assisted us with the hunt/purchase of our first house located in The Escape in Greentown, PA. Once our family got bigger we needed to find a larger home. (They are now helping us sell our home and have toured multiple people through the property.) Joe was amazing and drove us around to a couple properties in Scranton/Dunmore area. He gave us helpful information on the area and shared his welcomed opinion on the properties themselves. With both Ann and Joe's help we found a beautiful home in Dickson City! We were also the first to put a bid on it due to their quick work. Properties on or near the lake were pending faster than we could see them all- but Ann was able to set multiple appointments in one day—- and even had us circle back to see one a second time to make sure it was the property for us!
