Aniva Apartments

The staff at Aniva have been nothing less than phenomenal , especially Mark B (maintenance). He ensures that each job he performs is completed at a 100% satisfactory rate and takes pride in his role/job! I enjoy living here!!

I lived there 16 months. The first business day I was towed, but they compensated and paid for me to get my car back. I paid $160 for a parking spot people would often park in, as there is no signs or anything signifying they’re reserved, or maybe people simply didn’t care. There’s a no smoking policy, but the smell of neighbors activities would creep under my door on the 2nd floor often. Fire alarms would go off and you can hear EVERYTHING in the hallway. I heard arguments and yelling from time to time. Domestic altercations if you will. Someone above me stomped at around 3 am everyday. Very annoying. I gave a 30 day notice July 2. I was charged for the first day of August even though from July 2nd to July 31st is absolutely THIRTY DAYS. I also turned my keys in about a week ahead of time

I love this place! Best experience I’ve ever had viewing an apartment. The lady who gave me the tour really sold it. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on all topics of questions I had. Aniva rocks I really look forward to moving in yeet

I am a student at a local college and safety was one of the most important features when I was looking for local and affordable options in the area. Aniva checked off all the boxes. Not only have there been zero issues since I’ve been here, and I feel safe, but the management is continually making updates and upgrades to the building. It’s also really quiet here compared to some of the places my friends live - I can’t recall hearing anyone above or below me, and the building is only a few years old, so things aren’t breaking all the time.

While the prime location initially drew me to tour Aniva, the friendly and responsive staff are what makes this a place I’m proud to call home. From setting up the tour to getting the keys, everything has been seamless. I couldn’t recommend this community more. Let’s be neighbors!
