We have been looking for a new home in the Sacramento area for several months when we bumped into Angela at an open house. We took her card and researched her background and reviews. On our next trip out to home shop we visited the numerous houses we found on the web with Angela in tow. I've bought my residence and a few rentals through Angela. She really knows how to write a proposal that helps the sellers lean toward me. The prior owners of my home wanted someone who would be compatible with their elderly neighbors. Rare, right?? Well, she convinced them with some rather charming persuasive writing, and I easily made friends with their big, lovable, dog. They took my bid even though a few others were higher. That was also a VA loan and a VA loan can be a huge pain to get accepted. Angela also sold my old home and that home was staged soo nice, the place "popped."
