We first worked with Andrew 7 years ago, when he helped us sell a rental property to pay for our son's college education. It was such a positive experience, when we conceived a plan to downsize and move closer to our son, we turned to Andrew again. He and Audra advised us which items on our fix it list would be most impactful presenting our house, and helped find contractors to do the work. When it came time to list, there were many market factors giving us anxiety. We worried the house would sit on the market, or we'd join the many listings reducing the asking price. But Andrew priced us right and marketed us so well we had 4 offers after 4 days! We closed 3 weeks later, $40,000 over asking! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor in a tough market.
