I wouldn’t suggest anybody uses this place for taxes. It was hands down the most unprofessional encounter I’ve ever had. To start I showed up on time for my appointment but wasn’t seen till 45 minutes later only because I asked if we were going to be seen. Once my taxes were done and I was home I went through and found a large error. They were closed so the next day I called to let them know a mistake was made. When I tried to call I was hung up on twice(I brought this up to the owner and one of the women who work here, neither cared). I asked for paperwork showing they fixed the issue and was given a print out with figures changed(confirmed with the irs this wasn’t the paper work I asked for). I had a home inspection schedule on a Sunday, and the seller agents client was not there to let us into property. My inspector was there and the agent Franseca felt that her or the seller should not pay a fee to the inspector for rescheduling. The inspector did do the outside of the home, but we couldn’t complete it, therefore we reschedule for that following wed. Franseca got the key so we can enter the property this time, during home inspection her client pops up, and try’s to rush the inspector out of each area of the home and when she heard him tell me something about the unit she would get extremely upset, and interfere with our conversation.
