My wife and I had an amazing experience purchasing our home at Anderson Point. From our first interaction with Bre, I think we both believed we were going to purchase here. Her personality, industry knowledge and eagerness to address our “wants” made us feel very comfortable. Our build manager, Russ, answered all of our questions, addressed any concerns and explained the finer details of the construction process and materials used. Overall, the process was smooth from start to finish, and I want to highlight both the pros and the cons of my experience. Pros: Clint and Bre were exceptional throughout the entire process. Their communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail were top-tier. Clint consistently provided updates, photos, and quick answers to every question we had. For example, when we asked about shampooing the carpets before closing (despite it not being standard), he made it happen and ensured everything was spotless.
