Nov 21, 2020 - We took a nice little drive to check out some of the homes on display here. What a surprise to see such an assortment available for viewing and to walk through! It was a cold day but it was even cooler inside each house. I'm not complaining because it's not feasible to keep them warm each day. Each house has a fact sheet on the fridge with the price listed for reference. It gave us great ideas for possible home options for the future! Posted are a few of the interiors that I wanted to remember. They told us they are also all online and can do a virtual walk through! How cool and convenient is that!

Do not recommend. Terrible experience. There was no effort or regard to secure the foundation of our house when it was moved to the site. After our house was on site and my husband had to redo all of the plumbing that wasn't up to code, Doug told us that the manufacturer's plumbing does suck because they aren't able to find any plumbers. However, he failed to mention anything negative about the manufacturers before we wrote the check to Anderson. Edited to Add: Brian from Anderson Homes called me after seeing my Google review to talk about the issue. I told him what the issue was (which had already been discussed with Anderson Homes), and he said that he had to talk to someone and then he would call me back. He never called me back. I called him and left a voicemail, which he never respon

This was a horrible experience! I was lied to so many times I lost count regarding the completion of my home. Their workers harassed me because I called the boss to let them know they were leaving the job site after a few hours of work. The drywall/flooring subcontractor did an awful job and it had to be torn out and replaced putting us so far behind our “approximate” move in date. We thought we’d be moving in by the end of November 2021 because we ordered it in April 2021. We are currently in the house, but it’s still not complete. We moved in the 2nd week of March, 2022. I filed a complaint with the BBB and it was no problem for Anderson because their integrity is so bad they lied and said our home was completed in January 2022. We had a great experience at Anderson homes. We had a piece of land in the woods that we had been dreaming of placing a cabin on. We had a tight budget and priced out many options. Anderson homes made our dream a reality. We worked with Dave, I would recommend him. We didn’t feel pressured and he was very responsive when we had questions. Also, a shout out to Hydee in scheduling, she was great! We had the foundation inspected afterwards by an outside vendor because we were unfamiliar with manufactured home foundations. The inspector said they did everything 100% correctly and was very impressed. Great job Anderson homes!

It was a 2 year process to select our new home. Every step of the process was great!! Dave was incredibly easy to work with, answered all our questions promptly and kept us updated on all details. The final set of our house was perfect and we couldn't be happier with our new home. Anderson and Dynamic did a great job. Highly recommend them!
