Andante at Nine Mile Station

This is a great place to live ! I just moved in and have been here 30 days and I am a returning resident. I lived here for about three years in 2015 through 2018 and now I am back again. This apartment complex has not changed a bit. It Still has the same great staff as before Gianna And Brittany. They have a new staff member Carolina and she is also very kind, Professional and humble. There is no crime around here as some people have stated in their comments. And I believe it is because of our great security patrol. .SK

My family moved here in April in to a 2 bedroom unit and we love it. Amazing neighbors and very clean community. Manager Aquino is the best! Always helpful and caring. THANK YOU ANDANTE TEAM FOR ALL YOU DO =)

I just moved out after living here for a year, and the whole experience has been top notch. Maintenance is amazing, and management is some of the best I’ve seen. The grounds are always clean, if any mess is left by a resident, the staff cleans it within the next day (super rare to see anything out of place). I was very impressed with how quickly they fixed a gate when it broke, and that they brought me a powerful portable AC while mine was getting fixed! Above and beyond. The units are very nice and the garages have a surprising amount of extra space. The sound proofing is pretty good due to the upper floors being carpeted, and zero issues with neighbors as the complex mostly has young families and young professionals. The best place you could ever dream to live. Awesome staff - HR, management and maintenance loyalty!! Security is top notch, gym is top standard! Pool and hot tub is accessible 24/7 just like the gym. The Apartment is overwhelmingly priceless!!

Andante it is a very nice and safe place to live. The whole staff is friendly, professional and they really care about the residents. They do respond to all our needs promptly. I have lived here for over 6 years and I just love this community, I have nothing bad to say but thank you all. Highly recommended! 👌
