I am *super* happy with our choice to go with Emily at Anchor Real Estate! Emily was a last-minute pivot for us (we had spoken with two other agencies). She came really highly recommended by an acquaintance for her knowledge, hard work for her clients, and overall pleasantness to work with -- and that recommendation was truly spot on. Emily had great market knowledge and came back with a very reasonable CMA based on *nearby* properties, which I particularly appreciated given the many nuances of York neighborhoods. We had a unique property that was going to require a more unique buyer, and we knew this would likely take some time -- and I live about an hour away.
