Anchor Pacifica

First of all. Times are hard people can’t be trusted scandals happening left and right… but let me give a round of applause to JESSICA DONIS because she definitely helps the tenants when needed. Gratitude to her. Her patience is outstanding.

Update going on almost a year, the week of 11-11 and management keeps promising a technician, this is 3 weeks after my initial complain and yet no one has come UPDATE 11-7 ALMOST A YEAR NOW, WE ARE BACK DOWN TO ONE WASHER! THIS PLACE DOES NOT REPAIR OR UPKEEP LAUNDRY ROOM !!! It is now 10-7-25 and if you are thinking of renting at the Sherman oaks Location Kester apartments, it has been 10 months that we have been "mostly" with one working washer for 30 units! They fixed it so we had 3 for 2 whole months but we are back down to one which by the way sounds like its dying! I am sure this not solely the managers fault its the Anchor pacifica people making the decisions but dont move in here if you dont like going to to the laundry mat. UPDATE 7-19-25 now 7 months into the washer situa

We had a gas leak on February 17. I opened maintenance order and the maintenance person came to fix it next day but couldn’t. I smelled more gas later on in the evening and called SoCal gas company. They came and discovered the gas lick from gas stove. February 19 I called Anchor Pacifica office and they said they will notify the property manager but she never called me back. I had to call second time. Then she returned the call. February 20th she said that they will replace my gas stove with a new one. Today is March 05 and no gas stove yet.

The washing machines were broken for eight months and they just fixed three of them now. There is still one that is broken. The pool has not been heated for months. There is brown crud on the walls and floor of the pool that has not been cleaned. The management does not fix amenities in a timely manner.

I live at the Mountain crest property in the city of Upland. I have lived here for 10 years. I was looking up the management company to give recognition on how the new pipe project has been handled and executed. I saw all of these one star reviews, and I’m shocked because the property I live at is very opposite from what I’m reading here. So anyhow, back to the recognition. We recently had a repipe project on our property. I love how Management was communicative about the process. All of the vendors coming into my home were kind, professional, efficient and quick. I would also like to take this time to give recognition to Management and Maintenance here at Mountain Crest in general. Anytime I have had an issue in the past 10 years it is handled professionally, quickly and efficiently. I
