Owner and operator of this company is non-responsive to the tenant or owner. I asked to be released from our contract with in 30 days of her and this company trying to manage my property. Owner has repeatedly told me as an owner that she has other priorities (family), states she will call at a better time, and then never calls, or responds to text or emails. Blatant disregard for her owners. Has not dispersed monthly rent nor communicated tentants needs or addressed work orders. Worst property management company I have ever used. Don’t waste your time, energy, and risk your investment with this company. You will stress yourself out managing your own property while dislocated, waiting for your rent, and trying to get in touch with the owner. Very disappointed in this veteran owned company a
