As a furnished apartment provider with experience renting from many properties in Midland, my first experience with Anatole on Briarwood was outstanding. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-organized. The apartment was in great condition upon arrival, reflecting the community’s excellent maintenance standards. I truly appreciated how easy the process was and look forward to working with Anatole again in the future.

Have lived here on two separate occasions. Recently came back in June. The staff has been nothing short of amazing. Lily the manager was very helpful throughout the process and got me moved in early. Have had very few issues with the apartment itself, only minor fix was done the next day after reporting. Would recommend this place to anyone in midland. And the pool stays open year round which the kids love

There was a little chaos to start with Mark gone but Brittany got the lease and deposits rectified and Emma got us squared away on move in day. She went above and beyond to get us settled. The whole team was great. The apartment is great and the free facilities the offer are great. Gym, 2 pools and a great BBQ Picnic area. Glad to be HOME. 🏠
