Amy sold my home that had been in the family 70+ years after only 5 days!! Everything went extremely smoothly and Amy and staff were available to answer my questions and concerns 100%. It was discovered a French drain needed installed and BOOM....Amy contacts a local contractor and the French drain done within a week. Thus, the sell date did not need to be moved and the charge of contractor was deducted on settlement day.
