I’ve had such a positive experience living here, and a big part of that is thanks to the manager & maintenance team! They are always professional, approachable, and genuinely care about the residents and the community. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly, and they go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s clear they take pride in the property and in making sure people feel at home.

This is a great area to stay in. I live in a one bedroom apartment and it’s big enough for just me. The management team is awesome. They keep the neighborhood clean and also give out doggy treats. The great with communication and the maintenance team gets the job done. My neighbors are awesome. It’s a really quiet and nice neighborhood. I really enjoy living in Amora West Apartments

The manager Kmiedema is one of best !! She keeps everything together here. And maintaining a great job 🥰 I feel very comfortable here knowing she’s on the job. Me and my husband are older but kmiedema make us feel like we our part of a family. She has fun activities and keeps everyone updated on keeping our community clean and enjoyable to live here. I am pleased to have such beautiful people working here !!! 🥰😘 My and my husband love them all. Oh and Joe and Antonine are the best maintenance guys ever !!! 🥰🥰🥰

Joe did a great job on our work order! We had an issue with our AC and got it fixed within 2 days. Appreciate the effort and care behind this property complex. Area is always clean and quiet neighborhood

I recently lived here for just under a year before moving to a bigger place and enjoyed the experience overall. The units are cute and set up to maximize privacy between neighbors. Office personnel were accessible, helpful, and professional for the most part, no complaints. Maintenance was efficient and I always knew when they would be entering the apartment so I could secure my dog, which was very helpful. One issue is that the pool was usually gross to the point of being unusable by residents. My daughter and I checked it often—and we only got to use it a couple times due to this issue, much to her disappointment. I believe this was mainly due to the fact that it was not secured in any way, so the public used/abused it and maintenance couldn’t keep up. The rest of the grounds and ameniti
