AMLI West Plano

AMLI West Plano is one of the nicest properties. The office staff (Joycelyn, Cidney, and Nicole) are some of the friendliest I have encountered. They always go the extra mile to make sure the property is clean, fun (they have monthly activities for residents) and welcoming (there is also a free coffee/tea station in the office). Super happy I moved here …. Also the location is literally 🔥

We have lived here for 4 years - with minimal issues/concerns. Maintenance staff is attentive and timely. Nicole, community manager, is professional, friendly and efficient. Great place to call home!

I have been a resident at AMLI West PLano for about five years and I do enjoy living on this property the Manager Nicole is absolutely professional smart and really knowledgeable about how to handle and run AMLI all of the leasing agents are very professional and attentive to your apartment needs and the maintenance crew does a great job and Edgar runs his department really well and knows how to address his problems in a timely manner. I will close this with I would want to choose any other property then AMLI West Plano.

They’ll be nice and friendly in the beginning. But then they’ll harass and surevy your use of amenities. They’ll smile in your face and then huddle up in the office (in the back) to talk bad about you. They’ll see you walk in (as a paying resident) and they will not say “hi” or “good morning “. I pay my rent on time. I’m quiet. I’m considerate. I use my own paper for the printer. I leave extra paper in the printer. Then I receive an email yesterday saying I’m the reason why there’s no paper in the printer. Mind you. The 3 to 4 times I went to to print in the last two weeks, there WAS NEVER PAPER IN the printer. I’d have to email, put in a work order, and go ask them face to face for paper. So I stopped asking. I just use my paper… I also noticed that if and when I go into the business cent

Nobody seems to know what’s really going on in this apartment complex or who’s actually in charge. I got the keys on the 21st of last month, and I still haven’t been able to fully move in because of the unprofessional behavior of the manager and staff. Meanwhile, I’ve paid everything in full and have been forced to rent another place on a daily basis — at my own expense — just to wait for them to do their job. Now the manager has sent me an email trying to cancel the lease starting next month — without any mention of refunding the money I already paid. Sorry, but it doesn’t work like that. My time, money, and mental health are not here for you to mess with. If needed, we’ll take this to court and let a judge decide what’s fair.
