AMLI South Lake Union

I truly cannot say enough great things about some of the team at AMLI, especially the maintenance and service staff. They are the main reason I’ve stayed and continue to live here. Casey has been our lease office support person since day one and has been fantastic throughout our time here. We moved into AMLI 535 in February 2024 and later transferred to AMLI SLU 2 in September 2025, and both moves were smooth, well organized, and stress free thanks to him. He always offered options, accommodated requests, and went out of his way to make the process easy. The maintenance team is the real star. Choosing to rent an apartment in SLU is an investment, but the level of care and responsiveness from this team makes it completely worth it. Aaron, the service manager, has consistently been on top

I recently moved to AMLI SLU with my partner, and we love it here already! AMLI offers a lot of nice amenities for their price point, such as access to multiple gyms across the SLU campus, free coffee on the rooftop, game spaces, and study spaces. The apartment complex and amenities are always kept clean and tidy. It's a very quiet complex with little to no noise, and the onsite staff has been amazing with onboarding. Jon and Aimee have been there to answer all of our move in questions. I have appreciated their hands on approach for help and couldn't ask for a better staff! If you are thinking of moving here and are new to Seattle they offer a lot of resident events as well. I would definitely recommend this complex to friends!

I went on a tour of the complex and Juan was awesome. He gave us some extra time to make sure we were able to see everything we wanted to see. The complex was pretty nice, there were a bunch of different options for layouts.

When we requested fixing broken things in our room, Isai came to our room instantly and fixed everything professionally. Isai also cleaned up any dusts generated during repairs. Thanks a lot for your considerate service!

Moved here for the views of Seattle. AMLI SLU has some of the best views downtown with water, mountains, skyline and the Space Needle. Thank you for a great year!
