AMLI North Point

I’ve lived at AMLI for a little over two years and have really loved it! The courtyards are always beautiful and well cared for, and the staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely takes the time to get to know residents. Maintenance is quick and easy to work with, which makes day‑to‑day living feel effortless. The pool and fountain are gorgeous, and the gym is consistently clean, modern, and comfortable to use.

My wife and I have lived at AMLI Northpoint for 3 months now and we love it! The staff is friendly, hard working and helpful. The front desk staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. The maintenance workers fix everything quickly and do a good job with the repair. The property is in great condition. It has a remote working area with a Starbucks coffee machine! The gym is also great and is never crowded. The location is across the street from Northpoint mall and I-400. Making it close to anything you need and easy access to Atlanta. We are very happy here!

We were recently relocated to the area and given several options for temporary housing. After exploring them all, choosing AMLI was an easy decision. From day one, our leasing agent Christine has been absolutely amazing! She—and the entire staff—have been consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful with anything we’ve needed. The amenities here are top-notch. Whether it’s the convenient on-site gym, relaxing work/lounge spaces for a change of scenery, the beautiful pool, or the thoughtfully designed outdoor areas, AMLI truly offers everything you could want. The apartments, hallways, and common areas are always clean and well-maintained, which really adds to the comfort of living here. Great place to live. The residents and staff members are so friendly and helpful. If there’s any issues you encounter, you know it will be resolved within the week. I absolutely recommend living here. Bonus: If you’re a dog-lover, there are so many residents who walk their dogs around the apartment. The main office has treats for them so you’ll be seeing them come in all the time.

This review is to compliment the first rate second to none maintenance team for Amli Northpoint . We had an issue with the HVAC system thermostat and relay just as temperatures were beginning to plummet with a winter storm coming in and Kinta with AMLI came and worked until after hours to get the system up and running for us . Kinta was without a doubt the best most professional and nice Maintenance technician I have ever met or been around over the years. The experience was almost like having a family member in the apartment . He is a credit and a tremendous asset for this organization and deserving of an A++ review .
