I’ve really enjoyed living in this building! It’s well maintained, and Leslye, the property manager, is professional and genuinely kind. She cares about the residents and runs things smoothly, which I really appreciate. It’s been a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it!

I have had a great experience since moving in. Karen and her team have been very helpful and their follow-through demonstrates how much they believe in customer service. 7/16/24 update: I continue to be happy at AMLI Joya! I just renewed my lease. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and everyone in the leasing office is helpful. AMLI is a responsible property management company that is responsive to residents' needs and wishes. 2/5/25 update: I am still happy living here. Maintenance is very responsive and polite (thanks Daniel for replacing my filter today), and everyone in the leasing office knows my name. I recommend choosing a top floor apartment (different buildings have different levels) and one that faces the park so you have lovely views. I have lived in 3 other local apart

The maintenance technician, Yhoan Manuel, provided excellent service. He was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. His attention to detail and positive attitude made the entire experience very pleasant. I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication.

***Avoid this building at all costs.*** Don’t be fooled by its nice amenities and large spaces. The walls are paper thin!! The neighbours will be sending noise complaints for any movement you make in your home. I went to visit my daughter before Christmas and we celebrated my granddaughter’s birthday, she just turned 5. As soon as we finished singing happy birthday the concierge knocked on the door to tell us we will be getting a WRITTEN WARNING for making too much noise, mind you we told them we were just singing happy birthday to a 5 year old at 6pm on a Saturday. I was shocked. It instantly ruined the mood and my granddaughter’s 3 friends went home. Poor kids, they were playing and having fun. I've been living in this building for 3 year now and it's been a complete disaster with the new management in the last year. The noise inside the apartments is a complete disaster you can't even sleep because of the noise upstairs and they don't care about. The parking situation is a nightmare if you came late at night and the reason for that is because the gate open with any car without a remote and that allow people to park even if they don't have a permit. The management is completely unresponsive to any issues you raise and never give solution to any of the problems that we present. Also you can find trash on the floor around the building. The rent is way too high for the quality of living you get here. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
