AMLI Broadway Park

AMLI Broadway Park was the best rental experience I have ever had! I am still sad I left. For perspective, I have lived in 11 different properties over the past 12 years so my review is coming from someone with rental experience in different parts of the country. I lived in 2 different units while at AMLI. Year 1: 1st floor loft; Year 2: 3rd floor 2-bed by pool. Leasing office: Great communication. Mary made my move across the country stress free (Mary has since moved to another AMLI office). Joseph and Alana have also been extremely kind. Joseph really did his best in looking at all options to see if we could find something at AMLI that would work for us so I am forever grateful for his efforts and kindness. AMLI Broadway Park was the best apartment my husband and I have ever lived in. All office staff were friendly, so incredibly helpful and understanding even in the hardest of times. We had a beautiful unit that Mary helped us secure before it was even available, she went above and beyond to make us feel at home! Our 3 years at AMLI were everything we could have asked for. They are a pet friendly community and despite being on the 3rd floor, we were able to raise our puppy just fine! Thanks to the whole team for making this place an incredible place to live.

I thoroughly enjoyed living at this property! The management and maintenance staff here is top notch. Omar on the maintenance team, specifically, deserves a huge shout out. He was so congenial, always greeting us in the hallways, and even remembered my dog’s name. It’s those little things that go a long way. It was truly one of the best apartment experiences we have ever had. I was sad to leave. Features: Nice appliances, quality fixtures/cabinets/etc. (nothing broke or deteriorated in the 2 years I was there), nice gym, great amenity spaces, amazing staff, community engagement and events (food trucks, social gatherings, bingo, scavenger hunts, chili cook-off, gifts & giveaways on holidays, pet of the month, etc.), prompt and all-encompassing maintenance (they do EVERYTHING for you - air

I lived here for 1.5 years and I can say I enjoyed my time here and Mary from the leasing team is very helpful.. I would recommend living here. Pros: Easy access to public transport (RTD, busses, etc), supermarkets, Sam’s club and being next to S Broadway, made my life easier. They provide 1 indoor parking garage spot free and security wise I haven’t had problems since I didn’t go out alone at night and I have seen security people in the building, most of the days.. And the maintenance team is awesome.. They even helped me with drilling the ceiling to hang some plants, free of charge (which other apartment complexes don’t do for free). Moving in and moving out was easy with the loading dock and a bigger elevator is available.. Cons: Mostly street parking for guests. No guest passes ar

Love everything about this building BUT they turn off the AC starting mid fall through the winter. Had I known this I would have neverrrr signed here. Kind of insane to be paying this price and not have access to AC for half the year. Especially since I haven’t used my heater once and it’s already December. Has gone no lower than 70 degrees inside my apt even on a snow day Again, front desk people great, maintenance people great, great apt, great facility. Just wish I was aware of this condition before signing the lease because honestly that would have been a dealbreaker from the jump
