AMLI Bellevue Park

I recently toured AMLI on a self-guided tour, and I was honestly so impressed! First off, the self-guided experience was seamless and easy to follow. I loved being able to explore at my own pace, take my time in each space, and really picture what daily life would feel like there. Everything was clearly marked, super clean, and thoughtfully presented — it made the whole visit feel relaxed and stress-free. The community itself is beautiful. The grounds are well-maintained and peaceful, and the amenities feel upscale but still welcoming. The fitness center is spacious and well equipped, and the pool and spa area feel like a little private retreat. I could easily imagine coming home after work and unwinding there. Jay was our leasing agent, he is a genuinely friendly, easy to talk to guy, which made asking questions feel comfortable, and he always had clear answers and helpful resources ready for us. What really stood out was how he checked in with us and kept us updated on the listings, so we always felt supported throughout the process. I was kind of surprised! It was very clean , no carpet in the unit , good quality shade on windows, newly renovated with modern equipment and security was very controlled. Location is great with view of the Bellevue park and nearby by shopping mall. Specifically Jay was very knowledgeable, listening my needs carefully, very kind and respectful while giving me a tour of apartment. I really appreciate the way he helped me to choose right unit and make my decision. Special thanks to Jay🙏😊

My wife and I lived at AMLI Bellevue Park for two years (2023–2024). Our first year was amazing — Brett in the leasing office really set the bar high. He was super responsive, friendly, and always made sure our requests were handled quickly. It honestly felt like the community was being managed with care. Things changed a lot after Brett left. The new management team didn’t seem to have the same level of attentiveness or professionalism. We often had to follow up multiple times to get responses, and communication felt very slow and frustrating. Maintenance around the property also went downhill. The recycling bins were often overflowing, and one of the elevators was almost always out of service. At one point, both elevators were down, and I had to carry 23 kg of luggage up five floors af

I would not recommend living here, to put it as simply as I can, I am about 9 months into a 12 month lease, cant wait to get out of it. A few points: - The elevators are always broken. If you live on a high floor, you’ll use the stairs often. They will fix the elevators relatively quickly, but they’ll break right after - You will be harassed by a predatory parking enforcement company, EVEN IF you paying for parking already. I pay 200 a month to park my two cars in the garage, and god forbid my parking pass falls off of my dash, I will get tickets. The tickets are basically fake, some bozo from a private company issuing tickets on private property on a car that I pay to park there will never hold up in court, the whole thing is a joke and designed to extract even more money from tenants.
