AMLI 8800

I recently left Amli 8800 after living at the community for just over two years. I am giving the community 3 stars because there were pros and cons to living here. There are several staff members who work in the leasing office. Some of them are friendly and helpful. Maia was great with answering questions and helping me out with some things. Other staff members were not helpful and gave me incorrect information with things such as the amount of the deposit that I would need to pay and which documents I would need to present, and they misled me through the process of transferring my lease to a new apartment unit. Move-in experience was great. My only issue was the fact that, on my move-in date (and to-date), the elevator adjacent to the front desk was not working, making the process much harder and slower than expected. Other than that, everything perfect, up until now. Staff has been simply fantastic, always ready to help and with a smile on their faces (a VERY SPECIAL commendation to Taimy Suarez, who’s service was simply amazing from start to finish).

Living at AMLI has been an absolute pleasure from day one. I moved from Pennsylvania to Florida last year and it was a huge challenge for me to find a new home. So far, the community is beautifully maintained, with modern, stylish apartments and thoughtful amenities that truly enhance everyday life — from the sparkling pool and fully equipped fitness center to the inviting common spaces perfect for working or relaxing. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live at AMLI 8800 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-managed apartment community.

Hello everybody, I have moved here 8 days ago, and I have experienced nothing but seamless moving in, express approval, prompt maintenance, good and timely communication with the leasing office, and friendly attitude from both Maia and Winnie. Today, I got really impressed when I have received a call from Winnie to check in on me and ensure that I was doing okay, and had no issues with my apartment. I haven't received such an attention from previous buildings as far as I can remember, so I really appreciated the extra care. Thanks!

Daniel was excellent. Helpful, polite, and friendly. He fixed the issue in my bathroom quickly and efficiently, noticed a few other problems, and took care of those as well. It’s a pleasure to welcome someone like him into your home.
