Based on my experience as a property owner, communication and follow-through was inconsistent. Over the course of one year, my tenants informed me multiple times they were unable to reach anyone at Ameriture. When I contacted the company to address this, I learned that my assigned property manager had changed 3 times without my knowledge. I was told this was due to internal turnover. During their management period, several maintenance requests outlined in the lease agreement were not completed despite assurances that they would. I was also informed that quarterly walkthroughs with photos would be conducted. However, only three walkthroughs were completed, 2 of which occurred 9 days apart as move out reports. I requested they do walk throughs a few times, but to no avail. About 2 weeks aft

I worked with them for over a decade, and they were always responsive and professional. What I appreciate most though was the way they took care of the tenants. I heard from several of them (unsolicited) that they really felt good about their interactions with the people at Ameritrue. Even little things behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly that I wasn’t aware of till much later. They’re great, and I would work with them again.

Super misleading company and the leasing manager was extremely rude. Submitted two applications out of 3 but because someone else completed it before our 3rd applicant they denied it. So instead of denying before our 3rd applicant paid the application fee and dinged his credit they waited till they closed and he already submitted it. This company needs to be retrained and also taught how to express human emotions and empathy. Will not be recommending any of my friends or family.

After reviewing their lease with my daughter before she signed it and seeing the reviews I think she dodged a bullet. Maybe 3. Some of what they have put in their lease is not even legal. That they may enter and record what is in the apartment without notice being one. Also requiring that you as a tenant be responsible for maintenance inside and out of the apartment. Down to broken sprinklers. Please do your research on this company before you sign a lease.

Very unethical business practices. Very shady individuals that are very rude. Steer clear from this management company! I’m not entirely sure how they live with themselves, but they obviously don’t really have much care for anything other than money. They’ll happily charge you late fees without informing you! But they’ll take three weeks to replace the AC that is broken. In my opinion they’re a bunch of crooks.
