I have bought and sold many properties and dealt with many different title and escrow companies. Most of the staff was very helpful but Merandy ruined my whole experience here. She was very rude, condescending, and flat out refused to communicate. The lack of decency and customer service was astonishing.
I’ve been in real estate for 30 years and this is the worst customer service ever. Merandie , the escrow officer in cascade has a horrible attitude. I would never recommend her to anyone. Do yourself a favor and use anyone but ameri title. They totally suck.
Merandy is amazing. I've dealt with her on 4 separate times. She's always been extremely professional and prepared.
