America's Home Place - Asheville, NC

Throughout the initial consultation and design selection process, we’ve had an excellent experience so far. The entire team has been professional, organized, and made every step easy to understand. Cannon has been especially helpful — patient, knowledgeable, and great at guiding us through choices and explaining all the options clearly. It’s refreshing to work with someone who really listens and genuinely cares about helping us get the details right. We’re excited to see the build move forward and will update this review once our home is complete, but based on the experience so far, America’s Home Place has earned a solid five stars!

Edited to add build experience too.. Our experience throughout the decision/design process has been awesome with Cindy. She is always accommodating and doesn't complain about how many things we want to discuss. We have been considering building for 2.5 years with a number of emails, visits, and quotes and she has always been patient. Every other person we have had small interactions with has also been great. They really do have this process dialed in and have some good customization options. This is the second home we have built (the first being different contractor). The building process was easy and required little interaction from us. Working with Americas Home Place has been a true pleasure. Angelina started us out and was very patient and knowledgeable while we made our design decisions. She made us feel at ease and never pressured us. You’re right Angelina, it turned out amazing. We can’t thank James Dalton enough. He was timely, attentive and personable. The building process was so smooth and when we had a hiccup(not anything to do with AHP) James was completely proactive and resolved the issue quickly. He and Kayla were forthcoming with information and timelines and simply couldn’t have been nicer. I would highly recommend this company.

My wife and I chose Americas Home Place to rebuild our home that we lost in Hurricane Helene. I have zero regrets about our decision. From the very first time we set foot in their building, to being handed the keys at closing, it was absolutely a pleasure of an experience. Every person that was part of our build was awesome to deal with especially our project site manager Caleb. His attention to detail was amazing, catching even the smallest issues before I even had a chance to see it. 10/10 experience and have already sung AHP's praises to so many around us.
