I submitted my rental application, and at first, I was skeptical because Narb with Americana Real Estate Services never responded. I had to track him down—sending several emails, text messages, and making calls. I even went on Zillow to find him and send additional messages. A simple response like "someone else got the place" would have been enough. I now regret providing my personal information, especially with so many scams happening nowadays. The lack of professionalism and the process of applying through a basic Gmail address made me very concerned that my identity could be at risk. I do not recommend applying for rentals or purchasing homes through this agency. The way this was handled was very concerning and unprofessional.

I strongly don’t recommend to do business with this company, specially with Vic Parsekhian. We chose one apartment for renting in 423 Oak street in Glendale, and despite the challenges (no fridge and no microwave) we decide to move forward with the them and we bought both things. We called him to know the next steps, he mentioned that our selection had been negotiated without his knowledge. However, he supposed to look more options for us during that day and he was going to return a call back the same day. I never got this call back, no answer my sms, No more calls, nothing. So we had to return back the appliances and look another, of course, best option, with all appliances and best team managed the apartments. I mean a real and no respectful company. Vahe and his team helped me sell my old house and purchase a new one in this tough market. Great service and support throughout the whole process
