Americana Apartments

This review is a year late (sorry Roy!!!) because I moved out in Jan of 2025 but I promised you I would leave a review and here it is 🫡 I was lucky enough to call Americana Apartments home for a little over 8 years! I moved in 2016 for my PhD program at Vanderbilt and never felt the need to move anywhere else. It was affordable, close to campus and close to my fav, Chipotle 😁 but the best part of living at Americana was having the best property manager, Roy (and the best maintenance guy, Matt - I never had a request that wasn’t resolved within 24 hours) 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Anytime I had any issue, I knew I could rely on them to help sort it out even if it was after office hours (and they did!). As I wake up this morning, I feel sad as today is my last day at Americana. This place has been my only home in the US when I moved from India. I got lucky when I got an apartment here which is the most affordable place in midtown close to campus. I was at business school, and that's just 4-minute walk from here. Roy, the property manager, is super helpful and approachable. I have lived here in both 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom. Have always got some beautiful views and sunset from my window. It's sad that I won't be living here now but this apartment will always hold a special place in my heart. I personally highly recommend anyone (especially international students) live here. Great location, affordable price, good amenities, and a very friendly property manager (Roy, I'm going to miss you).

I absolutely love living at Americana apartment! The location is unbeatable, being just a 2-minute walk from Vanderbilt Law School. The soundproof walls are a game-changer, and having access to the top-floor pool in the summer is a bonus. Roy, the property manager, is incredibly responsible and always goes above and beyond to help with any apartment issues. After living here for a year, I can confidently say that Americana is my true home in Nashville. Highly recommend!

I lived in this apartment for two years, and it truly felt like home during my time in Nashville. As an international student, Americana makes me felt safe, supported, and comfortable. The property manager Roy is one of the kindest and most helpful people I've met. He always responded quickly to any questions or issues, and he genuinely cared about the residents. He made my experience in a foreign country so much easier and more welcoming. I'm deeply grateful for everything and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone, especially international students or anyone looking for a warm, reliable place to live. I’ll truly miss Americana Apartments.

Connectivity - the apartment is at great location. Very close to universities - Vanderbilt and Belmont and downtown. There are lot of food options nearby. The apartment is also close to two bus stops making commute very easy. Community - great people in the apartment building. The apartment manager is really sweet and helpful. There's on-call maintenance available. The apartment is great for students and working professionals!
