Jack was helping us selling our duplex that we have owned forever in the Northeast and buy instead an awesome mixed-use in central city. The whole thing took about 9 month which was hard but these guys at Vista know what they are doing. Jack knows practically anyone and found us a buyer in less than a week. What took forever was to find the right next investment and defer taxes while getting a batter apr loan at the same time.
