American Valley Estates

I have lived at American Valley Estates for a long time now, this is by far the safest most affordable community in Quincy. Ever since the new owner took over, the park has really improved. Rents are still pretty low for the area.

The new owner John is a super kind man and as a community it’s exciting to see the changes to the park he has made. It’s in a great location for downtown living, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and nightlife activities. Living on the town common side of Quincy is also great for the students being located on the bike path that runs all the way to FRC.

Really well maintained. Quiet, and decent tenants. Everyone there is willing to help each other maintain there lots. The management and owner are also very helpful. Rent is reasonable and when it comes to needing to get things accomplished they are willing to help you out and are very accommodating to each and every tenant and there needs.

The management has changed hands 4 times in the last year, the park nothing being maintained our roads are falling apart. The most unprofessional mattianace guy through rocks damaging my property and then told me I was wrong and would refuse to even say sorry or that he would even try to keep from throwing rocks next time. I guess I'll pay for the parks damage to my private property. With the management being changed we have had 4 different ways of signing up for new paying for our rent. Now my emails are full from spam I wonder what happend?? OH wait they sold my info I figured it out. There also not kicking any drug users and sellers out and the park and is a stop and go for drugs addiction and the homeless.

Just moved into this community. Excellent location and very responsive management. We find the park well kept and affordable. Very happy to be here in downtown Quincy!
